Here are some detailed instructions on using each of the three ways to mangia.

Your step-by-step guide to ordering via mobile web.

1. Visit http://mobile.mangia.net on your mobile phone.

You will first see a list of active events and other venues where mangia is available for use. To create an order, select the event you are attending from the list.

If there are no events listed it means there are not any mangia-supported events currently in progress. If your particular event is not listed, unfortunately it means mangia is not available at your event.

2. Select an order type.

You can choose to create a new food order, create a new merchandise* order or view your saved orders. Saved orders is a list of your past orders including the seat location they were ordered from.

Saved orders are intended to expedite the ordering process for those creatures of habit who often order the same things.

*Note: merchandise ordering is not available in all mangia-enabled venues

3. Enter your seat location.

Enter your section, row and seat into the text fields provided, taking care to enter your location as it is printed on your ticket. If you are in a venue that offers both in-seat delivery and express pick-up you can select your preference here.

Please be aware that mangia may not be available for every section in a given venue. If your section, row and seat is entered correctly but not accepted it’s possible you are seated outside mangia’s service area.

4. Create your order.

You will see a long list of menu items. To add an item to your order, simply increase that item’s quantity from zero using its drop-down box.

When you are ready to proceed, press the orange “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom of the screen. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to login or sign up for a free account before continuing to checkout.

Note: A valid photo ID must be presented if purchasing alcohol in accordance with vendor, league and state regulations.

5. Review and submit your order.

Take a quick moment to review your order before submitting it. If you notice an error with your venue, seat location or the items ordered, press the appropriate “change” or “edit” button to correct the error. When you are satisfied with your order, select the orange “Place Order” button at the bottom of the page.

If you do not wish to store an order in your Saved Orders list, simply deselect the box labeled "Add this to my saved orders."

Download and install mangia. mobile on your iPhone

The mangia. mobile iPhone application is free and available for download in the iTunes Store. To download the app click here, or search for "mangia" in the iTunes store.

1. Choose your event.

4. Create your order.

When viewing the menu, swipe your finger across the screen to move between items. Press the "+" icon to add items to your order. An icon will appear indicating the quantity of a given item in your order. Press the "-" icon to remove items from your order.

When you are ready to proceed, press the orange "Checkout" button in the upper-right corner of the screen. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to login or sign up for a free account before continuing to checkout.

5. Review and submit your order.

Take a quick moment to review your order before submitting it. You can use the "Edit" button to remove items from your order and the blue arrow icon to change your seat. To update menu item quantities navigate back to the menu.

Once you are satisfied with your order press the orange "buy now" button at the bottom of the page.

If you do not wish to store an order in your Saved Orders list, simply deselect the box labeled "Add to my Saved Orders."

Your step-by-step guide to ordering via text message.

1. Text MENU to 626442 (M-A-N-G-I-A).

Before ordering via text message, be sure you have set up your free mangia account. The next time you are at a mangia-supported event, text the word MENU to 626442.

Mangia will reply by texting you a list of available menu items. Because text messages cannot be longer than 160 characters, the menu is usually broken up into three messages.

2. Text in your order.

Text your desired order to 626442. To avoid confusion, specify a quantity for each item in your order. Avoid unnecessary adjectives such as "hot" or "ice cold" and just stick to texting quantities and menu items.

After receiving your order, mangia will reply with a summary of your order as our system understood it.

3. Confirm order with your section-row-seat.

Before completing your order, take a moment to review you order summary for errors. If your order summary is correct, reply to mangia with your section-row-seat exactly as it appears on your ticket. After receiving your section-row-seat mangia will text you a confirmation message including your order total and when to expect delivery.

If your order summary is incorrect, simply resubmit the correct order.
